In working with you, I will follow a culturally sensitive approach. I understand the subtle
nuances of relationships and family issues in a collectivistic culture. Being an immigrant myself, I am acquainted with the struggles and challenges of acculturation. I offer a safe space where you can be heard and understood. I understand seeking therapy may be difficult and quite intimidating at first. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to take that step in order to begin to understand your own story and start the healing process and journey.
My session fees for individual therapy range on a sliding scale from $65-100 depending on the expertise of your therapist and your income limitations. We will never ask you about your personal finances, just let us know what you can afford within that fee range. I do not offer couples counselling services at this time. See our Affordable Counselling Page.
I look forward to working together with you in creating a space that supports you throughout your healing journey. I offer individual counselling in English, Hindi, Urdu, Dari/Farsi/ Pashto to adult clients across Ontario (virtually).
